Cleaning prefetch and temporary files in windows 7

Prefetch and temporary files are temporary files used by windows when running an application. Temporary files (temporary files) is actually created automatically by windows when running an application, and normally will be removed by the windows when you close the application. but due to a bug (program error) or not compatible with the windows so that temporary files can not be removed by the windows perfectly.

You can delete the temporary files are to further improve the performance of your windows 7.
To delete the prefetch and temporary files manually can be following procedures:

1. Open Windows Explorer
2. In Windows Explorer select the directory c: Windows \ Prefetch
Delete all files in Prefetch directory
3. Next open the directory C: Windows \ Temp
Delete all files in yand Temp directory
