How To Upgrade Windows 7 Beta/RC to Windows 7 RTM

Since Windows 7 RTM build 7600.16385 has been kick, and if you get some trouble trying to upgrade Windows 7 RC/Beta to Windows 7 RTM.
If there is massage display like this (You cannot upgrade this prerelease version of Windows 7. Go online to see how to install Windows 7 and keep your files and settings). The reason for this is Windows 7 RTM was build to block all versions prior to 7233

The way to Upgrade Windows 7 Beta/RC to Windows 7 RTM :

1. Mount your Windows 7 RTM iso and extract its content to any folder or Usb drive.

2. Looking for “Source” folder and open “cversion.ini” file using notepad.

3. Modify the “MinClient” build number to a value lower than the down level build. example, change 7233 to 7000.

The modified file should look like :

[HostBuild]
MinClient=7000.0
MinServer=7100.0

4. Finaly Save the updated file and run setup.exe and may u got succes to upgrade this
